MLE RESULTS 2025 – The April 2025 Midwife Licensure Exam results, including the complete list of passers, top 10 examinees, and performance of schools, are released by the PRC Board of Midwifery in three (3) working days after the last day of exams.
PRC announced that 1,975 out of 3,444 (57.35%) successfully passed the April 2025 MLE.
The Midwifery board exam was conducted on April 14-15, 2025, at PRC testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. The Board of Midwifery is headed by its Chairman, Melchor C. Dela Cruz Jr., and its members, Lerma M. Valenzuela, Corazon F. Landicho and Lourdes S. Mangahas.

Release of Results
Based on the official schedule outlined in PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the PRC targets April 22, 2025, as the release date for the April 2025 MLE results.
However, examinees should note that this date is an estimate, and the actual release of the MLE results may occur earlier or later depending on the PRC’s timeline. For context, the results for the November 2024 MLE were released three (3) working days post-exam. Schedule of Registration
The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Midwives’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):
- Date(s) of Registration: Starting May 20, 2025
PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
- Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
A few days after the official MLE results are published, successful examinees can verify their ratings online through the PRC’s official website.
To perform the PRC online verification, navigate to the dedicated Verification Page and provide the necessary details: specify the examination name (Midwife Licensure Exam), the date the examination was held, your application number, complete first name and last name, and your date of birth. This process lets passers confirm their board examination results and rating directly via the PRC online system.
Oath-Taking Ceremonies
All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.
Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oath-taking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

MLE is one of the programs with a huge number of examinees being conducted by the PRC.
The November 2024 MLE results showcased a national passing rate of 74.05%, with 3,997 successful examinees out of 5,398 individuals taking the test. Leading the list of topnotchers was Bernard Isaac Badar Alido from the University of the Philippines – School of Health and Sciences – Leyte, who achieved an outstanding score of 92.60%, followed by Dol Rich Jay Mangin from Gordon College with 92.05%.
Additionally, both St. Alexius College and Davao Medical School Foundation Inc. distinguished themselves as the top-performing schools in the November 2024 MLE, each attaining a perfect 100.00% passing rate.
