CELE RESULTS 2025—The April 2025 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam (CELE) results, including the complete list of passers, top 10 examinees, and school performance, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Civil Engineering in three (3) working days after the last day of exams.
The Civil Engineering board exams were conducted on April 28-29, 2025 at PRC testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.
The Board of Civil Engineering is headed by its Chairman, Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, and its members, Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the April 2025 Civil Engineering Licensure exam results will be released on May 6, 2025.
However, the release of CELE results may vary, occurring earlier or later than the estimated date. During the November-December 2024 exams, results were released after three (3) working days. Schedule of Registration
The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new RCEs’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):

PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
- Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
The Civil Engineer Board exam ratings and test results will be verified online a few days after posting them.
Successful candidates can visit the official PRC website and utilize the Verification Page to check their pass rate in the board examination.
As outlined, a passing candidate should provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-Taking Ceremonies
All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.
Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
Coverage of Exams
The April 2025 civil engineering licensure exam covered the following topics:
- Mathematics, Surveying, and Transportation Engineering (algebra, plane and spherical trigonometry, analytics, descriptive and solid geometry, differential and integral calculus, highway and railroad surveying, plane topographic and hydrographic surveying, advanced surveying, design and construction of highways and railroads, piers, ports and wharves)
- Hydraulics and Geotechnical Engineering (fluid properties, hydrostatic pressures, fluid flow, buoyancy, and flotation, relative equilibrium of liquids, hydrodynamics, water supply soil properties, soil classification, fluid through soil mass, stresses in soil mass, soil strength and tests, bearing capacity, compaction, consolidation and settlement, lateral earth pressures and slope stability)
- Structural Engineering and Construction (engineering mechanics, strength of materials, theory of structures, analysis, and design of concrete, steel, timber structures and foundation with the application of the governing codes of practice)
Previous Exams
The Civil Engineering Board exam is among the programs with many examinees conducted by the PRC.
In the most recent CELE held in November-December 2024, 6,835 out of 18,436 (37.07%) examinees passed. Francis Charles Pepito Lauta from the University of Cebu ranked first in the exams, garnering a rating of 93.25%, followed by Josh Andrew Medina Martija from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, with 92.50%. UP Diliman was the top-performing school, with 93.18% overall passing rate.
In April 2024 CELE, 6,680 out of 17,010 (39.27%) examinees passed. Ryan Sylvester Sy Chan, and Cedric Jerome Carlos Donguines, both from De La Salle University (DLSU)—Manila, ranked first in the exams, with 94.30%. DLSU Manila was the top-performing school, with a 90.32% overall passing rate.
