REGION 11 Passers Subprofessional: August 2024 Civil Service Exam (CSE) Results

REGION 11 PASSERS CSE SUB PROF – The August 2024 Civil Service Exam (CSE)—Subprofessional Level results and list of passers in Region 11 (Davao Region) are expected to be released by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on Sunday, October 20, 2024, 60 calendar days after the exams.

The August 2024 Civil Service Exams were conducted on August 11, 2024, at testing centers from all CSC regional offices, including the National Capital Region (NCR), Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON/ MIMAROPA, Bicol, Western Visayas, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, SOCCSKSARGEN, CARAGA, Cordillera Administrative Region and Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).

Release of Results

According to the CSC Examination Advisory No. 6 series of 2024, the August 2024 Civil Service Exam results will be released on Sunday, October 20, 2024.

The results were released after sixty-eight (68) days during the March 2024 CSE. We advise you to bookmark this page and stay connected with us on our social media channels for the latest and most accurate result announcements.

OCSERGS/ Verification of Rating

All examinees (passed and failed) can generate test results using the Online Civil Service Exam Result Generation System (OCSERGS) on the following date(s).

• OCSERGS Availability: TBA

Note that no rating report shall be mailed to individual examinees.

The examinee should accurately encode/fill in the required data in the corresponding fields under the personal information and examination details.

Certification of Eligibility (COE)

All passers must request the COE printed on CSC official letterhead by October 2024. The CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken issues this letterhead COE free of charge.

All CSE passers are advised to verify if their letterhead COE is already available for claiming before going to the CSC Regional or Field Office. Bring the ID card, preferably the same ID presented during the application, and the application receipt and/or CSC official receipt.

Furthermore, passers may request COE printed on security paper for a fee. The security paper COE and its authenticated copy may be applied for and obtained from any of the 16 CSC Regional Offices nationwide, regardless of the place of examination, by June 12, 2024. Passing Score

• The examinee shall obtain an 80.00% general rating to pass the civil service examination.
